A Message to Our Customers and Partners

COVID-19 and PDCflow Operations

The health and safety of our employees and the community is a top priority at PDCflow. In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID - 19, we moved our staff to remote work on March 11, 2020. This decision ensures our operations continue without disruption.

We are prepared for this change and it will not impact our ability to provide the same high level of service and convenience to customers that we always offer. As your business adjusts to either work remotely or makes changes to operations, our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise.

PDCflow Service Information:

  • As cloud-based software, any internet-connected device can become a virtual terminal for collecting payments.
  • Securely send electronic documents and eSignatures to facilitate remote work policies.
  • Our free and secure online payment portal is also available to allow businesses to accept self-serve payments.
  • For clients and partners who need support or more information on setting up remote payment collection services or digital communication channels for documents and signatures, you may submit tickets through support@pdcflow.com for the fastest response.
