1.Sponsor

PDCflow, Inc., 529 25th Street, Suite 200, Ogden, UT 84401 (“Sponsor”).

2.No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3.Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are entering on behalf of a business they own or are authorized to represent.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members and household members of PDCflow, Inc., Beyond Investments, DAKCS, and KFM are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4.Promotion period

The Promotion begins on September 29, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on October 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

5.How to enter

To enter, complete the entry form at pdcflow.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period. Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or account sign-up is required.

Base entries. Limit one (1) base entry per person. Entries submitted with a duplicate email address will not be accepted.

Bonus entries. After entering, each entrant receives a unique referral link. An entrant earns three (3) bonus entries for each eligible entrant who completes a valid entry through that link. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries an entrant may earn. Sharing a referral link is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, or other automated or fraudulent means are void, as are entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

6.Winner selection

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 15, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, including bonus entries. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, and the second eligible entry drawn will receive the Second Prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7.Prizes

Grand Prize (1): A $300 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $300.

Second Prize (1): A $150 Visa gift card. ARV: $150.

Each prize is awarded as a Visa gift card. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, win, or receive a prize. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8.Entrant Offer

All entrants may claim the PDCflow Standard Plan at $9.99 per month for the first three (3) months (regular price $65 per month) by November 13, 2026. This offer is not a prize, is subject to account approval, and is governed by the terms presented at the time of claim.

9.Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email and telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.

10.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, company name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11.Platform disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or LinkedIn Corporation. Entrants release those platforms from all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.

12.General conditions and limitation of liability

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for technical or human errors of any kind. Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

13.Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with the PDCflow Privacy Policy and for the contact purposes consented to at the time of entry.

14.Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah.

15.Winners list

For the names of the winners, send a written request to Sponsor at the address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
