  • Communicate with patients via email and SMS.
  • Securely request insurance card and ID photos from patients ahead of a visit.
  • Securely receive a copay ahead of a patient visit.
  • Send HIPAA compliant esignature requests.

  • Deliver privacy policies or other documents ahead of a visit.

  • From the PDCflow Dashboard
  • Your patient’s experience
  • Get detailed reporting

Configure a new Flow template.

  • Click on New Template.
  • Choose the settings and fields to include on the template.
  • Customize any labels on fields as needed.
  • Customize email messaging for the request.
  • Choose file type of Image.
Create PDCflow template

Staff can choose the Flow template.

  • All fields and messages are locked down.
  • Staff enters email and/or mobile phone number, patient name, and 2-factor authentication PIN if needed.
From the PDCflow Dashboard

Your patient receives the email.

  • Customized with your logo and branding.
  • Uploads the image of their insurance card.
  • Enters payment information and authorizes copay.
  • The patient can send a copy to themselves or view the audit report.

  • View and download an audit report as needed.
