Instead of having customers type answers into a text box, let them choose from a list of pre-chosen answers you add to a drop-down.

This saves time when filling out forms and creates a pre-set list of options for all recipients to choose from, for a standardized answer.

Add links to documents

With the latest enhancements, you can now add a link to your documents.

This is useful for companies that want to direct a customer to additional information on a web page during the process of getting an esignature, collecting a form, or sending other necessary paperwork.

Easy resizing for checkboxes, initials and signatures

Add initial boxes, checkboxes, and signature boxes anywhere you require on your documents. Our simple resizing feature allows you to fit fields to match the spaces on your form.

Duplicate a box, and it will retain the size you’ve chosen, to save you time and effort.

Assign Optional or Required Fields to Recipients

Administrators can decide whether the recipient inputs are required or optional to finish a document review.

This is helpful for instances where a recipient may not have an answer to every question or you want to let the customer decide if they'd like to answer a question on your form.
