Payment Management Software company PDCflow is excited to announce another year attending the CAC’s annual conference and trade show. The CAC conference has long been an opportunity for vendors and credit and collection professionals to network and learn about the latest industry trends. This year, with the 100th anniversary of the CAC, the event promises to contain even more excitement. The conference will be held in Rancho Mirage, California, October 9 – 10.

“My experience in Customer Success allows me to engage with clients through their entire journey,” says Angelica Iniguez, PDCflow’s Customer Success Team Lead. “My mission at the CAC conference is to meet with new and existing clients, and educate them on how using PDCflow can help grow their business.”

Although the festivities of the centennial celebration are sure to be exceptional, PDCflow has even more reason to be a proud vendor member and attendee at this year’s show. For the past several months, PDCflow has partnered with CAC officials Courtney Reynaud, Kelly Parsons-O-Brien, June Coleman and Shawn Suhr to spread the word about the CAC’s three part Collection Boot Camp series.

The first two courses of the series took place via online webinar, after which PDCflow will continue to provide subject recaps and downloadable guides based on the course topics. Collection messages, telephone collection communications and collection letters are just a few of the subjects covered throughout the collection boot camp series so far.

“We have enjoyed working with the CAC on the Collection Boot Camp series,” says Dawn Updike, PDCflow Marketing Manager. “The in-depth information presented has covered many areas important to the collection industry and demonstrated the knowledge and expertise of each presenter. We are looking forward on continuing to grow our relationship with the CAC and its members with the various opportunities that the conference presents.”

Suhr will close out the series in style at the CAC conference with a special live presentation called “Debtor Reconnaissance and Developing Strategies Using Settlements and Negotiation Tactics.” He will discuss settlements and negotiations, and how to legally locate consumers using Skiptracing. As with previous courses, Coleman will be present to provide legal knowledge and background relating to the topics.
