Ogden, Utah — PDCflow is excited to announce their 12th year of attendance at the ACA International Convention & Expo. The representatives appearing at booth 434 are Account Executive Jeremy Fong and Customer Support Specialist Matt Thomas. The company’s focus this year is on educating current clients and new connections about the robust catalog of payment processing solutions PDCflow has to offer.

Among the products being showcased, there will be demos of FLOW + Payments, an electronic signature tool directly integrated with payment processing. All participants who sign up for a short demo will be registered for a $250 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway. The demo can be completed at the ACA show or after the show online for bonus entries to the giveaway. Attendees and even non attendees can get additional entries into the giveaway by following PDCflow on Linkedin, Facebook or Twitter. For additional information and giveaway rules, please see the Events Page.

The ACA conference is taking place from July 16 – 18 in Seattle, Washington, and is the largest event of its kind for those in the credit and collections industry. This year’s classes and speakers will concentrate on legal trends in the industry and current information on regulations. The show will also offer opportunities for networking and discovery of new technologies.

“Our main goal is to show how PDCflow’s products and services address the essential need to stay compliant without breaking the bank in vendor fees,” said Fong. “We understand collections, and will be ready to answer questions and show how our product lineup satisfies these needs for collection agencies.”

All of PDCflow’s services make collections easy, compliant, and cost effective. They’re looking forward to this opportunity to provide answers on how their services can help agents adhere to the ever-changing mandates in collections. PDCflow is also PCI Level 1 compliant, and Reg-E ready, and understands the importance of educating attendees on these benefits in the product line. PDCflow’s software can address customer needs and fill gaps in compliance and regulatory matters where small to mid-sized merchants may not be able to do so alone.

The company is also attending the show to catch up with current clients and other leaders in credit and collections to create new and maintain strong networks within the industry.

“I’m excited to attend the ACA for the first time,” said Thomas. “It’s a great opportunity for the Customer Success team to interact with current and prospective customers and discuss how our customer service adds value to their payment processing.”
