No. You may send as many Flows as you need, no matter which plan you choose. However, if you exceed the amount that comes with your plan, you will be charged the Additional Flow Fee outlined in that plan. The higher monthly plans offer greater volume discounts, for companies that plan to send many requests per month.

You can include as many recipients as you need in a single Flow request. You can set a signing order or allow the Flow to go to all signers at the same time. You can request payments from each signer for the same or various amounts or only request payments for specific signers.

No. You can request a simple signature authorizing a payment request. You have the ability to add custom text to any simple signature request, so you can include authorization language for a payment and payment schedule approval. The signature is stored within the audit report of the completed Flow request.

Each uploaded PDF can be, at maximum, 7 MB.

PDCflow stores all Flow and payment transaction information along with documents and signatures in a secure vault that can be accessed from your PDCflow account for seven years, as long as your account is active.

No. PDCflow does not lock you into long-term contracts for our Starter, Standard and Business Team plans. You can cancel your account at any time without penalty. For volume discounts, a term contract may be required. Contact Sales for information on volume discounts.
