A ‘Flow’ is an electronic outbound request that allows you to include all of your necessary business tasks in a single message:

• Document delivery
• eSignature requests
• Payment requests
• Photo and file upload requests

All items contained in a ‘Flow’ are encrypted in transit and at rest to meet the highest security and compliance requirements. Flow requests are sent via transactional email and/or SMS with the option of using two-factor authentication with a PIN to verify recipient identity.

A ’Flow’ can have one or many signers and can contain one or multiple documents. Regardless of how many payments, documents, fields, and signers a ‘Flow’ contains, it still counts only once towards your PDCflow plan’s Flow allowance once the request is sent. No account or logins required for recipients to complete a request.

• Custom branding, to add your brand colors and logo, and use your own email domain and address.
• Unlimited template creation, to create all the different requests your business intends to use.
• Email and SMS channels let you cater to customer message preferences.

No. You may send as many Flows as you need, no matter which plan you choose. However, if you exceed the amount that comes with your plan, you will be charged the Additional Flow Fee outlined in that plan. The higher monthly plans offer greater volume discounts, for companies that plan to send many requests per month.

You can include as many recipients as you need in a single Flow request. You can set a signing order or allow the Flow to go to all signers at the same time. You can request payments from each signer for the same or various amounts or only request payments for specific signers.

No. You can request a simple signature authorizing a payment request. You have the ability to add custom text to any simple signature request, so you can include authorization language for a payment and payment schedule approval. The signature is stored within the audit report of the completed Flow request.

Each uploaded PDF can be, at maximum, 7 MB.

Your PDCflow account includes standard customization options, such as adding your company name and custom messages to customer-facing communications. Payment portals can also be fully customized with your brand color and styling.

For advanced white-labeling, you can add Custom Branding for $9/month with our Starter and Standard Plans. This allows you to fully brand transactional emails and Flow requests with your logo, colors, email domain, and custom statements—replacing PDCflow’s standard designs. Custom Branding is included with the Business Team plan.

PDCflow stores all Flow and payment transaction information along with documents and signatures in a secure vault that can be accessed from your PDCflow account for seven years, as long as your account is active.

No. PDCflow does not lock you into long-term contracts for our Starter, Standard and Business Team plans. You can cancel your account at any time without penalty. For volume discounts, a term contract may be required. Contact Sales for information on volume discounts.
