Norco Volleyball Club needed a fast, reliable way to get hundreds of time-sensitive signatures during tryouts across a large staff without paper/fax chaos.

Daniel’s challenge was high-volume contracts, high stakes, and having very little help.

Norco has 400+ athletes across 27 teams and roughly 100 coaches. His job is to secure their signatures in a tight two-day window during tryouts while juggling routine program work.

Before PDCflow, the club relied on paper and fax, which made it hard to see who had signed, who was late, and who needed a nudge. As the sole administrator, Daniel needed a way to:

• reach hundreds of recipients quickly
• apply the right signature fields every time
• keep everything moving without manual follow-up, consuming his week

Organization was just as critical as speed, and rosters could not be finalized until parent agreements were signed. Daniel needed real-time visibility into status by person and team, plus a clean record of completions.

He also had to manage late additions and keep communication clear during a stressful tryout period (where families received official offers through a separate Online Commitment System (OCS).

In short, one person needed to run a reliable, time-sensitive contract process at scale and make it fully trackable from start to finish.
