Making right party contact and actually getting the consumer on the phone is only half the battle for collection agents.
Collectors know this may be their only opportunity to speak with the consumer, so knowing how to effectively communicate and secure a payment or payment arrangement is an important skill for debt collecters to have.
Join this webinar, hosted by AccountsRecovery.net, as a panel of credit and collection experts discuss different scenarios and how collectors can become better communicators to negotiate an agreement to pay off the outstanding debt.
This free webinar was scheduled for Friday, December 20th from 1:00 - 2:00 pm EDT.
