About the Panelists
American Profit Recovery
Mike Heller is the Vice President of Collections at American Profit Recovery located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is an ACA Scholar and has served on the Editorial Review Board and as a consultant for the Compliance Professionals Forum through InsideArm. He has also served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the MI Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA); and was recently appointed by Governor Whitmer and is currently serving a 4yr term on the Michigan Board of Collection Professionals (BoCP).
State Collection Service Inc.
Beth Conklin has over 22 years in credit and collection industry. She is currently an Account Executive at State Collection Service, Inc located in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to that, Beth was the Director, Training and Development at McCarthy, Burgess & Wolf. Beth has the TSP and CCCO designations as well as is a Certified Instructor for the ACA. She currently serves as Chair for the ACA Education Council.
Credit Collection Partners
Megan Bryant is the Director of Operations and Client Support at Credit Collection Partners located in Taylorville, Illinois. She started as a collector at CCP nine years ago and has since moved her way up to her current position. Megan is also responsible for all employee incentives and all operations within the company.
