I am trying to pay a medical bill online? Where do I go to pay my medical bill?
PDCflow provides Payment Processing Software to a wide variety of businesses including many Medical Facilities. Please refer to your billing statement and call the toll free number on the statement in order to reach to the correct business to make a payment. In addition, please be sure that you are putting the link provided on your billing statement, which starts with https://, into the browser address bar and not in the search bar.
What are your rates for services and why can’t I find them on your website?
We generally don’t use set rates. Each business’s situation is unique so our Account Executives take a consultative approach and work with each business owner to create a tailored plan. Is PDCflow PCI Compliant?
Yes, PDCflow is Level 1 PCI-DSS Compliant, which means we meet the highest Security Level requirements of Visa/Mastercard when processing credit and debit cards. In addition, PDCflow is SSAE 16 certified, which means we are audited and are proven to have implemented secure practices. We also have programmed our payment processing with Secure Entry Overlay. What does a “Do Not Honor” Error Message mean when Processing a Credit Card Transaction?
This is a very common error message sent from the card’s issuing bank meaning that any payment from that card will not be honored by them. This could be for a multitude of reasons, such as the type of service being paid for isn’t allowed on that specific account, or there could be a block on the account in general. The best way to figure out exactly why the error is being received is to contact the issuing bank directly.
When will I receive my deposit?
Typical deposit timelines vary depending on a few factors for both Credit Cards and ACH processing.
