The New Dynamic of Healthcare Collections Webinar
November 15, 2019

As high deductible plans become the norm, more healthcare costs are falling to patients to pay out of pocket. As a result, many bills go unpaid. This has caused an increase in lawsuits from many hospitals as documented by the New York Times.
The optics of this practice is concerning for many healthcare organizations. Lawsuits are seen as an overly aggressive collection tactic. Healthcare organizations are now looking to adjust their collection policies and procedures to maintain a positive public image.
Join this webinar, sponsored by PDCflow, as a panel of leading healthcare collection experts discusses how to navigate this new dynamic.
This free webinar was held on Friday, November 15th from 1:00 - 2:00 pm EDT.
