So far in our effort to introduce the PDCflow team, we’ve spoken with Jay Griffin, Orin Long, and Michael Goodell, who work behind the scenes. We’ve also talked with Heather Harris and Jeremy Fong, who most customers have spoken to during the sales process or at trade shows.
This week’s feature centers around one of our team members who is familiar with the majority of our PDCflow customers. Always positive, upbeat and willing to help, meet Customer Success Team Lead Angelica Iniguez.
- How has PDCflow helped you in your career development?
I have long worked in customer service, but working support in the software sector was a huge learning curve when I began working at PDCflow. The challenge of learning this industry and the needs of our customers in this everchanging space has been an integral piece in helping me develop in my career.
I’ve worked at PDCflow for 4 ½ years and I can honestly say I learn something new everyday. The opportunities I’ve had here have allowed me to grow professionally and expand my skill set in customer success and business relations.
- What has been your favorite experience at PDCflow?
We have the best clients. Having the opportunity to build relationships and support them everyday is an ongoing favorite for me.
- What is on your wish list for the future with PDCflow?
To continue working towards offering our clients the best payment processing solutions, all while providing them with exceptional customer service.
- What do you enjoy most about living along the Wasatch Front?
I love the accessibility to trails, the mountains and sense of community we have here in Ogden, specifically. I’m originally from Long Beach, CA– and while the coast will always have a piece of my heart– I’ve grown to really love the Wasatch and calm pace of Utah living.
- What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?
One can have interests and hobbies other than what they do for work?! My time outside of work is usually spent in the kitchen (huge passion for cooking), hanging out with loved ones, exploring the outdoors or checking out the local events. Like the food I cook, I love trying new things and sharing in those experiences with others.
