No matter what business you’re in, customer service will always be a central factor to success. PDCflow has firmly believed this since our company was formed 14 years ago. We receive consistently high ratings from satisfied customers on the well-known software review site Capterra. We have many clients who remain satisfied with our service after years of working with our product.

We’ve even gotten positive feedback from long-term customers through avenues like this interview with former California Association of Collectors President, Richard Hoffman. In keeping with the tradition of putting the success of our clients first, we’re excited to announce Lucy Ayala as the newest member of the PDCflow Customer Success team.

As a PDCflow customer success representative, Lucy will shepherd new clients through merchant account underwriting. The process can be confusing, especially for those being underwritten for high risk industries. Having a dedicated representative available to answer questions can be invaluable.

Lucy will also provide personalized training sessions on the PDCflow system to new clients. And of course, she will help both new and established customers address any concerns that arise during the day-to-day of payment processing. “I like that I have the freedom to personalize all my interactions with our clients depending on their needs,” Lucy says. “In doing so I know that I am also building relationships.”

Lucy has had five years of customer service experience prior to joining PDCflow. She is a California native, but growing up in Salt Lake City has made her a Utah girl at heart. She has discovered a newfound love of traveling, having recently taken a backpacking journey through Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. She plans to fulfill her wanderlust again this fall with a trip to Japan. Lucy is looking forward to moving to Ogden to be closer to the PDCflow office. She also enjoys hiking and hopes to explore new outdoor activities while living in the area.
